Footage Released of Diddy Arrested by Federal Agents at New York Hotel (Video)

TMZ has obtained video footage showing the moment Sean “Diddy” Kammen was arrested earlier this week by federal agents in the Park Hyatt New York hotel.

The video shows the disgraced music mogul in a black trench coat and his entourage entering the hotel lobby before being stopped by police. Federal agents quickly moved in, separating Diddy from his team, who looked visibly overwhelmed and confused. Moments later, the footage shows Diddy being handcuffed and escorted through the hotel hallway and out the front door as bystanders look on from the street.

Since his arrest, more details have emerged about the serious charges against Combs. The Bad Boy founder is accused of three felonies, including sex trafficking, in a case that federal prosecutors say spans years of sexual exploitation and abuse.

Combs was denied bail for the second time on Wednesday, with U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter citing concerns that he could interfere with witnesses in the case.

The judge rejected a proposed $50 million bail package, which included house arrest, regular drug testing and a ban on female visitors. Judge Carter stressed that the government had proven Diddy was a danger and noted that the bail package would not prevent him from potentially coercing witnesses.

Prosecutors allege Diddy organized and orchestrated “Freak Offs” — drug-fueled sex parties where both women and male sex workers were exploited. The indictment alleges the events sometimes lasted for days and Diddy often recorded them. There are also allegations he used threats, violence and blackmail to keep victims quiet, and sometimes enlisted his associates to carry out coercive acts, including kidnapping.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges, but he remains in federal custody.
