Republican Vice Presidential Candidate JD Vance Continues Attacks in Berks County

LEESPORT, Pa. — Republican vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance made an ebullient plea Saturday to replace former President Donald J. Trump in a speech at the Berks County Fairgrounds in Bern Township, Berks County.

Speaking to an audience of ticketed Trump supporters, many of whom wore the campaign’s signature red “Make America Great Again” hats, Vance built his argument on a set of standard Trump platform points: securing the border; unlocking America’s energy resources; ending cancel culture.
