Former gang leader Tyrone Muhammad, now head of Ex-Cons for Community and Social Change, has been blunt when he says foreign gangs are causing chaos on Chicago’s South Side. He blames the Biden-Harris administration for the crisis.

“When the black gangs here get fed up with the illegality and criminal activity of these immigrants or non-citizens, the city of Chicago will go up in flames and there will be nothing the National Guard or the government can do about it when the bloodshed is in the streets. It will be blacks against immigrants,” Muhammad said.
