PGMOL is not incompetent, so stop saying they are

by Nekuhan

Tony and other authors on Untold, please stop calling the PGMOb ‘incompetent’, ‘biased’, ‘partisan’, ‘biased’, etc., because they absolutely are NOT!

They are nothing more than a corrupt, criminal organization, with no boundaries or controls, as Tony himself, others and other commentators have stated countless times and over many years.

What is a corrupt, criminal organization? Typically, it is an organization that is very secretive in everything it does, whose actions (at least by some) may be seen as corrupt, criminal, heinous, and otherwise unacceptable.

Of course, these are the elements that are usually and normally more associated with the Mafia, the Camorra, the ‘Ndrangheta, the Cartel, the Yakuza or the Triad. Of course, PGMOL is not the Mafia etcetera, but it does share some of its characteristics, such as keeping a very low profile and seemingly answering to no one but itself. It is an organisation that has acquired a monopoly on refereeing matches in English professional football… (‘The best football league in the universe’!) and which excludes others from its territory.

And just like the mafia, it is completely secret. Now we can understand why the mafia keeps itself secret, but why does PGMOL do that? Why don’t they have a website? Why don’t they let referees, like in Germany, discuss the match with the media shortly after the match? Why is the money gone? These are questions that are not asked and therefore not answered, just as the mafia does not answer such questions.

Even on its own turf, the organisation operates above and beyond the law (in the case of PGMOL, the rules of football, and perhaps even the laws of the United Kingdom).

And of course there is a flip side to all this, which is that while we can argue against the PGMOL, we have no real means to combat them. They are as absolute as they are silent, which in turn means that we can have very little I hope that there will be some improvement in the way the BV arranges arbitration.

In the match against MCity115 for example,There was no mention in the media or on Untold Arsenal that the two major incidents (a ridiculous red card for Leandro Trossard and the second goal by MCity115 that secured the 2-2 draw) had happened AFTER regulation time + injury time (determined by the PGMO referee!) had expired.

At this point we might note that one or two things have been said on Reddit recently, such as: “Michael Oliver, who refused to send off Mateo Kovacic for what was a clear example of two yellow cards, recently traveled to the UAE to referee a match and was paid by the same people who own Manchester City.”

But Oliver kept the game going until MCity115 (their owners) got what they all wanted: Arsenal were held to a draw.

And so Arsenal lost what could be a significant two points – because in the last two seasons Arsenal lost the Premier League twice by just 2 points. This season it is fair to say that AFC have been deprived of 4 (four) points in five games by PGMOb!

The club should be making formal complaints to multiple relevant bodies. I do wonder how the new Prime Minister of the UK, an AFC season ticket holder, would view such treatment by PGMOb.

Perhaps Untold Arsenal could install a virtual LIVE meter on its homepage that shows

a) How many points have Arsenal been deducted by (as Untold has noted, the bankrupt) PGMOb

b) The current Premier League table and

c) A virtual table as it should be in another world, without the ‘errors’ of PGMOb.
Proud of the AFC team, the manager and his team. COYG (:-) !!
Warm greetings to all of you.
