(Seiko Snk809) new strap on my first automatic watch

I remember seeing Teddy Baldasare’s video when I was 16 years old. At the time, I had just been introduced to mechanical watches. I thought all watches needed a battery to work. I’m shocked to know that there is a watch that doesn’t require a battery to work, and it’s called a mechanical watch. I’m interested in buying one for myself. Teddy lists a few recommendations for people looking to purchase their first automatic watch, including the Seiko snk809. Seiko snk809 was the cheapest watch on the list, but also the smallest watch on the list. I never wear a watch, except for a few Casio watches my parents gave me. They all have a diameter of about 40++. While kids my age usually wear bigger watches, like G-shock. But you know what? I pull the trigger and get snk809. I then paid about 60 euros. When I first wore this watch, I felt like I looked a bit like the mafia or the big boss. My everyday school uniform has a white shirt, green tie and green trousers. I also think this watch has a nice proportion for my 6.5 wrists. I’m really happy I bought this watch. The only thing I regret is the belt. I felt itching when I wear this watch for so long. I’m switching to a cheap nato strap when I start my pra university. At that time I am about 18 years old. I bought a cheap $2 nato strap and it feels a lot better than the original strap. I wore this watch until it stopped working when I was 20 years old. I am always clumsy and often drop this watch. I don’t have the money to get it repaired at the time. I am sending this watch for repair in April this year. Now I’m 22 years old and my wrist is getting bigger compared to when I was in high school, and I still wear this watch.
