Liz Truss blamed ‘underground transgender mafia’ plot for her downfall – 21 vote-winning takedowns

Despite losing her seat at the last election in a spectacularly big move away from the Conservatives, Liz Truss appeared at the Tory Party Conference, where she expressed many of her recent delusions, plus a few extras.

She has proven popular with the delegates.

We may never know whether the line for her side event was so long because people support her far-right ideologies or simply because these days she’s putting on a one-woman satirical show about herself, and everyone wants to see the performance.

Some notable moments during her question and answer session saw her –

Urge Britain to embrace fossil fuels

Comment on how unfunny she finds left-wing comedy (there’s a shocker!)

Refuse to rule out a comeback

Insist that the Tories would have done better at the election if she had still been Prime Minister

Describe Britain as a ‘socialist country’

She also repeated a previous conspiracy theory that there was some sort of transgender conspiracy against her.

With not a single transgender MP, there are more people named Sarah running the country than any representative of Truss’ so-called Underground Transgender Mafia.

The paranoid fuss caused her to be spectacularly mocked online.
