More than 100 people have sued P Diddy for rape and sexual exploitation

More than 100 people are taking legal action against rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs for alleged assault, rape and sexual exploitation, according to a Texas attorney.

Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing the plaintiffs, stated that the alleged victims include minors as young as nine years old.

“This is a critical issue that we want to address with the utmost care,” Buzbee said at a news conference on Tuesday.

Buzbee, who is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New York, said he represents a total of 120 alleged victims, evenly split between men and women – 25 of these individuals are minors.

He said his team would “leave no stone unturned” in identifying individuals or organizations who may be liable for the alleged abuses, and those who may have participated in or benefited from such behavior.

The lawsuit marks the first time Combs has been accused of sexually abusing minors. It adds to the increasing accusations against the rapper in recent times.

Last week, Combs was arrested and is now facing criminal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. He remains in federal custody after being denied bail, a decision his legal team disputes.

Combs has categorically denied all allegations of criminal wrongdoing.

The allegations date back to 1991, with incidents reportedly occurring in Los Angeles, New York and Miami, mainly after 2015.

Many plaintiffs allege that they were victims of date rape after parties hosted by Mr. Combs at various prominent locations, private homes and hotels.
