Wendy Williams on her statement against Diddy years before the sex trafficking investigation: ‘How many more women?’

American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been involved in controversy after being accused of sexual assault and sex trafficking. During the investigation, attorney Tony Buzbee revealed that 120 people have also accused the controversial rapper of sexual misconduct and that he is representing them. Former American presenter Wendy Williams has now broken her silence on the allegations against Diddy after years of being critical of the rapper’s behavior.

Wendy Williams said she was “shocked” after seeing the video of Diddy abusing his then-girlfriend. Speaking to Daily Mail, Willams revealed that many people told her how she exposed Diddy’s behavior before the recent investigation. She said: “What’s really weird is that so many people have told me ‘Wendy, you mentioned it’, including some people in my family who have said the same thing.”

Further talking about her reaction to seeing Diddy abuse his then-girlfriend, she added, “You know how I feel about that? “It’s about time,” she said. “To see this video on TV of (Cassie) being beaten… it was just horrific. But now you have to think: how many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible.”

Meanwhile, attorney Buzbee revealed during a press conference that the group of 120 accusers consists of 60 men and 60 women, with 25 minors. These allegations cover the period from 1991 to 2024, with one of the accusers claiming he was only nine when the abuse took place.

The attorney said in his statement: “This type of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation should never occur in the United States or anywhere else. This should never have gone on for so long. This behavior has left a multitude of individuals hurt, scared and scarred.”

Diddy has been one of the most popular rappers in the music industry over the years and has won Grammy Awards three times. He is known for his songs ‘I’ll Be Missing You’, ‘I Need A Girl’, ‘Finna Get Loose’, ‘Last Night’ and ‘Coming Home’, among others.
