We collected the perspectives of girls and young women affected by commercial sexual exploitation (CSE) to understand the acceptability and feasibility of mobile health (mHealth) for improving access and engagement in health – and social services during court involvement. Methods: We conducted four focus groups with 14 girls and young women (aged 14 to 21 years) with a self-identified history of CSE. Results Participants perceived m-health care as feasible for achieving and engaging healthcare providers, health and social services, and navigating justice systems that mHealth tools increased self-efficacy and self-navigation of required services. Recommendations to improve mHealth functionality include push notification of appointment reminders, promoting wellness and safety. , improving communication with healthcare providers, peer-to-peer support and access to health information and education. Conclusions from the community. The findings provide insight into how mHealth can be used to increase self-management skills, meet legal obligations, and improve access and engagement with health and social services for girls and young people affected by CSE. women to improve.
