Bills Reacts Survey: Who’s the first to read Josh Allen when the game is on the line?

The Buffalo Bills are no longer among the NFL’s undefeated ranks after losing to the Baltimore Ravens to fall to 3-1 ahead of their Week 5 matchup against the Houston Texans. This Sunday will be the second of three straight road games for the Bills.

Without a doubt, Buffalo is smack dab in the middle of a rough early AFC stretch that could bring a win or come back to haunt them later in the season. The fact that the Bills dropped a game against the Ravens doesn’t bode well for their head-to-head seeding scenario, so they can’t afford to leave Texas with another loss.

Buffalo remains a talented team, but one with visible flaws that more physical teams are sure to exploit if given the chance. Now is the time for head coach Sean McDermott to assemble his experienced core so the Bills can avoid a midseason slump.

Make no mistake, Buffalo is 3-1 and still in first place in the AFC East. One outburst doesn’t erase all the good they’ve accomplished. There should be plenty of reason for Bills Mafia to continue “Billieving” it’s Super Bowl or go out of business.

Consider this from Sterling Furrowh:

Do Sterling’s thoughts resonate with you? Have things changed for you now, further complicated by the fact that edge rusher Von Miller has been suspended for the next four games for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy?

How much confidence do you have in these Buffalo Bills?

Can you dig it?

Of course, like it or hate it, with the Bills playing the Texans this weekend, it’s unofficially “Stefon Diggs” week. When Josh Allen and Diggs had each other, it’s arguable that there wasn’t a better passing tandem in the NFL. When Buffalo needed it, Allen went to Diggs. You could adjust your watch on it.

Now that Diggs is gone, we’re told that “everyone eats” when insulted. It’s worth asking whether there really is enough food. If the Bills are in a must-have situation where it’s convert or lose, does Allen have someone on the current roster to fill the shoes Diggs wore so well? Who is Allen’s first read, on 4th and 4, with the game on the line Keon Coleman… James Cook… Mack Hollins… Dalton Kincaid… Dawson Knox… Curtis Samuel… Khalil Shakir. ..Marquez Valdes-Scantling?
