Diddy denies sex abuse claims from prison as 120 more victims come forward

Disgraced music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has issued a prison release after another 120 people filed sex abuse claims against him.

The alleged victims are preparing to file multiple lawsuits detailing allegations of sexual assault spanning more than 25 years, including both women and men, some of whom were minors at the time of the alleged assaults. Following the announcement of these sexual abuse claims in Texas, an attorney for Combs released a statement claiming that the rapper “Cannot address every unfounded accusation in what has become a reckless media circus.”

“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as false and defamatory. He looks forward to proving his innocence and defending himself in court, where the truth will be determined on the basis of evidence, not speculation.”

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing the alleged victims, stated that the lawsuits involving these sexual abuse claims are expected to be filed within the next month, with the majority expected in New York and Los Angeles. According to Buzbee, the victims include 60 men and 60 women, and 25 of them were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct. One person claimed he was 9 years old when the abuse occurred. The sexual abuse claims cover the period from 1991 to the present.

“This type of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation should never happen in the United States or anywhere else. This should never have gone on for so long,” Buzbee said at a news conference.

He added: “This behavior has created a mass of individuals who are hurt, scared and scarred.”

Buzbee further revealed that more than 3,280 individuals had contacted his company claiming they had been victimized by Combs. After vetting the sexual abuse claims, his firm decided to represent 120 people while other cases were still under investigation. Some of his clients have reportedly spoken to the FBI.

The individuals represented by Buzbee’s firm come from more than 25 states, with the majority residing in California, New York, Georgia and Florida. The abuse is said to have occurred mainly at parties in New York, California and Florida, where individuals were allegedly given drinks laced with drugs. There are alleged to have been some incidents during auditions where young aspiring artists were coerced into inappropriate behavior under the false promise of fame.

Combs, 54, has been in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since pleading not guilty to federal charges on September 17. These charges allege that he used his “power and prestige” to coerce female victims into drugged and orchestrated sexual performances with male sex workers at events called “Freak Offs.”

Other alleged victims have already filed lawsuits against Combs, including sexual abuse claims. Despite these mounting allegations, Combs has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, and his attorney maintains he is innocent and will fight to clear his name.
