Officers arrest man on charges of child sexual exploitation

Hall County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Flowery Branch man this week on additional counts of child sexual exploitation stemming from an investigation that began in 2023, the sheriff’s office says.

Officers took Caleb A. Moore-Rosario, 39, into custody at his home on Bridle Creek Drive on Tuesday afternoon, October 1.

During a search earlier this year, the sheriff’s office seized an external hard drive belonging to Moore-Rosario. Through forensic processing of the device, investigators say they discovered at least three videos and two images of child sexual abuse material. They charged him with five additional felonies of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Tuesday’s arrest is Moore-Rosario’s second since the Hall County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force began investigating him. Authorities first arrested him on April 30 on a felony charge of sexual exploitation of a minor, after ICAC received a cyber tip about his alleged online activities.

The additional charges bring the total number of charges against him to six.

Officers booked Moore-Rosario into the Hall County Jail, where he was held without bond on Wednesday afternoon, October 2.
