A court in Dhaka today (October 4) remanded Imtiaz Selim, media coordinator of banned organization Hizb ut-Tahrir, in custody in a case against the Anti-Terrorism Act.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Shahin Reza issued the order when police produced Imtiaz before the court and pleaded to place him in seven-day remand in the case filed at Shahbagh police station.
