Holy Cash Red Carpet Interviews Premiere With Cast

Holy cash may be Paul Rodriguez’s last film in the entertainment industry. In the second film he directed, he wanted to make sure all his friends were in the film and he had the last laugh.

The film stars Rodriguez alongside Jay Mohr, Danny Trejo and Emilio Rivera in this hilarious comedy that features numerous stand-up comedians in roles that delight audiences on screen.

Here is a brief description:

Holy cash follows the story of Pablo (Paul Rodriguez), a con artist who is looking for a new way to make money by deceiving people. Together with his friend “Guero (Jay Mohr) they discover that an ex-con is posing as a successful preacher, the famous “Willy Dollars” (Aries Spears). With Willy’s help, they create their own show, with which they achieve incredible success. However, their fame attracts the attention of ‘Chato’ (Danny Trejo), a mafia boss whose daughter is ill. Chato contacts Pablo and demands that he cure his daughter, warning him that failure will lead her to heaven. Now Pablo must not only save the girl, but also face a moral dilemma as he deals with the consequences of his actions on a larger scale.

The film also stars Alicia Machado, Gabriela Vergara, Juju Brener, Catherine Bach, Gary Busey, Luis Guzman and Tony Plana.
