Mexico sues US arms manufacturers

Did you know that Mexico is suing American arms manufacturers? Mexico, the country that laughs at Kamala Harris and Joe Biden for their recklessness on immigration? The failed state run by drug cartels that make billions from child sex trafficking and drugs that kill hundreds of thousands of Americans? The failed state that has, to be fair, made all of America’s problems worse? That Mexico? That Mexico.

It’s a ten billion dollar lawsuit, as if they don’t already make enough money from their daily degradation of America and the billions of remittances sent to Mexico by millions and millions of illegals.

I know what you’re thinking: “What is real hell?!” Why would an American court even entertain such an absurd idea? Isn’t this something that needs to be resolved through diplomacy, treaties ratified by the Senate, and all that sovereign nation stuff? Yes, it’s absurd. Yes, it needs to be resolved through diplomacy, although any right-thinking POTUS would tell Mexico to abolish it or we will slap 200% tariffs on everything they want to export and tax remittances at the same rate – Donald Trump, call your office . Senate ratification of treaties is yesterday in the Harris/Biden era of rule by executive order. And no, as far as Mexico and pretty much the rest of the world are concerned, America is no longer a sovereign nation. Not only can anyone come here for any reason, they don’t have to assimilate and we have to support them forever. That’s why FEMA no longer has the money to help Helene’s victims. DHS Disaster Mayorkas Spent It All On Illegals.

Fortunately, the Supreme Court has stated the following:

The Supreme Court said Friday it will decide whether to block a $10 billion lawsuit brought by Mexico against leading U.S. arms makers over allegations that their business practices have caused widespread bloodshed there.

The gun manufacturers asked the justices to overturn an appeals court ruling that allowed the lawsuit to proceed despite broad legal protections for the firearms industry.

This refers to the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), which was enacted in 2005 to end legislation against gun makers for producing legal products. The fading President Biden continually claims that gun manufacturers have absolute immunity. He lies. The PLCAA only shuts down lawsuits designed to put firearm manufacturers out of business, but allows normal torts for negligence, manufacturing defects, and the like. You would think that the ban would also apply to countries that sue gun manufacturers, but America also has its share of stupid, anti-American judges:

But the 1st US Circuit Court of Appeals revived the case under an exception to that law. The gunmakers appealed the ruling to the Supreme Court, arguing that they followed legal practices and that the case has no business in U.S. courts.

Gunmakers are right on both counts, and two federal judges previously dismissed most if not all of the lawsuit’s allegations, creating the split in lower courts that the Supreme Court usually favors before granting a cert.

It was the obvious efforts of anti-freedom/gun politicians and organizations, and greedy lawyers, that led to a truly bipartisan vote in Congress to pass the PLCAA. We’ll probably never see that again. The Mexican lawsuit is no less blatant an attempt to destroy the U.S. firearms industry, severely damaging our national security, further undermining the economy, and putting billions more into the pockets of corrupt Mexican politicians and their cartel masters. Gunmakers could even be forced to move to Mexico, which would further boost the cartels and hurt the U.S. economy.

Contemporary American gun grabbers undoubtedly support Mexico’s efforts. If successful, Mexico would not be able to immediately disarm the Americans, but they might adopt China’s long view of cutting off U.S. arms supplies. Any future democratic/socialist/communist (D/s/c) government would close the door further by cutting off all foreign arms shipments.

This would inevitably result in an expensive but thriving black market for weapons production. But at that point, America would certainly have descended into civil war and secession, rendering such arguments academic. Every gun maker would have already moved to the red states and business would be booming (pun intended).

Hopefully the Supreme Court will continue to uphold the Constitution and American sovereignty and prerogatives. We can expect that with the current composition of the Court, where at least five judges, perhaps six, can reasonably be relied on to make legal, not political, judgments. That’s why D/s/cs are so desperate to disarm Americans and why they’re so desperate to pack the Supreme Court and abolish the Electoral College.

One more follow-up question on the November ballot.
