Why is Diddy implicated in Tupac’s murder?

Sheryl McColluma researcher who worked on it Shakur’s dead, expressed her conviction Combs could be linked not only to the fatal shooting, but also to a 1994 robbery at Quad Studios in New York CityWhere Shakur was shot several times.

“This whole thing started for me in 1994, the first time Tupac was shot,”McCollum explained during a recent interview with NewsNation.

At that time, Combs was in the studio with an entourage of about 40 people, none of whom were injured during the attack.

“You don’t have to shoot someone five times to take their jewelry and money.” McCollum he noted, highlighting the strange circumstances surrounding the event.

She also pointed this out Shakur was the only person targeted in the studio.

‘Sean ‘Puffy’ Combs and his entourage of forty? Unharmed. Unthreatened. How can it make sense to anyone that one person gets robbed and the other forty doesn’t?’

After the incident, Shakur himself openly accused Combsalongside Bad Boy Records and its star artist Biggie Smallsof being involved.

His suspicions were heightened by the lack of reaction from those present when he staggered into the studio, injured and bleeding.

In a 1995 interview with Vibe magazine: Shakur remembered, “No one came to me. I noticed no one was looking at me… Puffy was also standing at a distance. I knew Puffy. He knew how many things I had done for Piggy before he came out.”

Two years later, in 1996, Shakur was fatally shot during a drive-by shooting in Vegasa case that remains unsolved.

McCollumreflecting on the circumstances of Shakur’s attack, said “Both times Tupac Shakur gets shot, he’s stuck in something. He’s stuck in an elevator, and then he’s stuck in a car. You literally can’t go anywhere.”

Which further deepens the mystery, thus McCollumis the lack of video footage from both crime scenes.

She believes only a select few could have known Shakur’s whereabouts during both attacks, narrowing the pool of potential suspects.

‘For me this means that someone in his environment knows where he is that day, that time and that location’ she added.

Tupac’s family investigates Diddy’s involvement

Combs has long denied any involvement in the murder.

In 2008, the music mogul released a statement in response to a Los Angeles Times report, stating: “The story is a lie… Neither (Biggie) nor I had any knowledge of an attack before, during or after it occurred.”

Adding a new layer to the case, Shakur’s family recently hired attorney Alex Spiro to investigate possible links between the two Combs and the rapper’s death.

This move comes next Duane “Keefe D” Davisa former gang leader, was indicted in september 2023 for his role in the 1996 shooting.

Davis previously claimed that Combs offered him $1 million to orchestrate a hit Shakura claim that has resurfaced in light of recent events.

The growing accusations against Combsonce a dominant force in the music industry are now coming under further scrutiny as lawsuits pile up.

In addition to the murder claims, Combs is currently facing a wave of sexual abuse allegations, with multiple lawsuits filed by victims accusing him of running a massive criminal operation.
