DJ Baby Ace drops new rhythm | Entertainment

Shinealous Records recently released the rhythm ‘JMF’ (Jamerican Mafia Family).

Produced by legendary DJ BabyAce, a veteran of the reggae-dancehall industry, the beat features veteran artists Edley Shine, Honorebel and Don Yute, as well as relative newcomer Tae’Ja Rose, each contributing their unique style and energy.

“What’s exciting about the JMF riddim is that it incorporates current dancehall sounds in terms of instrumentation, with strong lyrical influences and creativity from experienced, established artists, with the exception of Tae’Ja Rose. I think it’s a comprehensive balance between both worlds, new and older dancehall sound,” said DJ Baby Ace.

Edley Shine’s Gr8Ness is the first single from the project; South Florida lyrical powerhouse Honorebel makes it happen What you drink; Don Yute puts his stamp on the effort with The golden child; and ushering in unmistakable feminine energy is Tae’Ja Rose Lost ways.

“The JMF riddim came about when Baby Ace sent me the riddim and no one wanted to vote on it. I’m excited about the fact that we took coal and made diamonds. We were able to put on our managerial hats and make four singles. could hold its own in today’s modern Caribbean music market,” opined Edley Shine.

The project is enjoying steady rotation on both local and international radio and is showing signs of becoming a major hit.

“I have the highest expectations for this project; all the songs are very well done and every artist has done a great job,” said DJ Baby Ace.
