LDA seals 10 buildings in Faisal Town – Pakistan

LAHORE: In an operation against land mafia in Sabzazar and commercialization fee defaulters, the Lahore Development Authority has recovered land worth millions of rupees and sealed ten buildings in Faisal Town.

According to the LDA, the LDA Housing IV teams carried out a major operation against the encroachments and land mafia in Sabzazar on Tuesday. The LDA teams have recovered a residential plot in Block H and 32 kanals of land worth millions in Block L from illegal occupants.

Moreover, during the operation, teams also demolished illegal barriers and gates in several blocks of Sabzazar and cleared debris from vacant plots. The encroachments around Sabzazar Hospital were also removed.

Meanwhile, in another operation, the teams of Town Planning Zone III sealed ten properties in Faisal Town. The sealed properties include a hotel, a pet food store, a tire store and an alloy wheel store. The operation was led by the Director of Town Planning Zone III under the supervision of the Chief Town Planner I.
