LATEST: TD Bank to Pay $3 Billion to Settle U.S. Money Laundering Case Hit by Asset Cap

Canada’s TD Bank is expected to pay about $3 billion in fines as part of a settlement with U.S. regulators and prosecutors.

The fines relate to allegations that the country has failed to properly monitor money laundering by drug cartels.
