Hip-hop producer Irv Gotti charged with alleged sexual assault and battery by ex-girlfriend

The lawsuit alleges that Gotti, 54, sexually abused and assaulted the woman multiple times between 2020 and 2022.

Irv Gotti, the founder of Murder Inc. Records and a successful music producer, is being sued by a former associate for alleged sexual assault and battery. The lawsuit alleges that Gotti, 54, sexually assaulted and abused the woman multiple times from 2020 to 2022 in St. Martin, Miami and Atlanta.

According to the lawsuit, Gotti forced the woman to have sex with him and threatened to send her home if she didn’t cooperate. The lawsuit also alleges that Gotti “demanded” sexual acts from the woman throughout their alleged two-year relationship, and that he forced her to perform oral sex on him in an elevator and an Uber.

The woman’s attorney, Adriana Alcalde, told Rolling Stone that her client has suffered greatly and that the #MeToo movement has given her the courage to speak out about her experiences. Gotti has denied any wrongdoing, with his representative calling the allegations “baseless” and saying he will address them in court.

The case will go to jury, but has not yet been set.
