Jackpot rises to $91 million

The Powerball jackpot has risen to an estimated $91 million for Saturday’s drawing after there was no jackpot winner on Wednesday.

The winning numbers will be drawn just after 11pm ET and the results can be found below.

If a winner of Saturday’s $91 million jackpot chooses the lump sum payment option, he could take home about $43.6 million after taxes, the lottery said.

How to play Powerball

To buy a $2 Powerball ticket, you will need to go to your local grocery store, gas station, or convenience store. In some states, you can also buy tickets online.

To play, you must choose a total of six numbers to mark on your ticket. Five numbers are white balls, ranging from 1 to 69. The Powerball is red and one number is between 1 and 26.

If you want to increase your chances of winning, you can add a “Power Play” for $1, which increases winnings for all non-jackpot prizes. This addition can multiply winnings by 2X, 3X, 4X, 5Xor 10X.

Players can also ask a cashier for a “Quick Pick,” where the cashier gives you a computer-generated number on a printed Powerball ticket.

Draws are held on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights. If there is no jackpot winner, the cash prize will increase by millions.
