Ridge Fire | Northern California Fire Department Forces Evacuation

A fast-burning wildfire near the Lake and Colusa County line has prompted evacuations in the area, officials said. The fire is burning near Walker Ridge Road and Highway 20 near the Lake-Colusa County line. As of 5:40 p.m., Cal Fire said at least 300 acres had burned. The Colusa County Sheriff’s Office has issued evacuation orders for Wilbur Hot Springs. You are required by law to leave immediately when evacuation orders are issued due to the threat to safety.
