Denver Weather: Cool Start to the Week, Sunshine and Warmer Weather Ahead

DENVER (KDVR) — More showers and cool temperatures are in the forecast for Denver on Monday, ahead of sunshine and a warming trend.

Weather tonight: clear spells, cooler

Showers and thunderstorms will dissipate Sunday evening. Temperatures will drop into the mid 50s, which is about 5 degrees cooler than normal for this time of year.


Weather tomorrow: Afternoon showers

Monday will start with sunshine, followed by increasing cloud and the chance of a few afternoon showers. There will also be more smoke in the area from Canadian wildfires.

Temperatures will remain cooler than normal, ranging around 27 to 30 degrees Celsius.

Outlook: Sunshine and a warming trend

Sunshine and warmer temperatures return to the forecast on Tuesday. Highs on Tuesday will reach the upper 80s, just a few degrees above average.

The sun will ensure that the warming continues until the end of the week, with highs of around 36 degrees Celsius.
