Woman, 25, found dead and decomposing in car next to alleged stalker

Two decomposing bodies have been found in a car in the parking lot of a steakhouse, according to reports. The bodies have been identified as those of a missing young woman and her stalker.

‘To Di For’ podcast host Kinsey Schofield called the release of Gypsy Rose Blanchard a “wild ride” after the convicted killer announced her pregnancy. Ms Rose was due to be released from prison in 2023 after serving eight of a 10-year sentence for the second-degree murder of her abusive mother. “This has been a wild ride that I want to get back from,” Ms Schofield told Sky News Australia host Danica De Giorgio.

Doris Aguilar, 25, was allegedly shot by Juan Cuellar, 51, who then took his own life with a gunshot to the head, local authorities told Arizona Family.

The pair were found in the parking lot of a gym near Phoenix on July 7. Their bodies had been in the car for several days.

A father of two has appeared in court over the violent attack on his partner in 2020, just weeks before he and two other men murdered a Mary Valley man in a home invasion over a drug deal.

According to private investigator Steve Fischer, who spoke to Arizona Family about the “sick and twisted” crime he investigated for Aguilar’s family, many of whom live in Honduras, Aguilar told her family and friends before her death that Cuellar was dangerous and wouldn’t leave her alone.

Aguilar, who was known to family and friends as a fitness fanatic, had been missing since July 1.

“She told her family and important people in her life about this person, and that if anything happened to her, he was responsible,” Fischer told Arizona Family, adding, “He scared her.”

Fischer said Cuellar worked in the same building as Aguilar until about a year ago, when he was fired.

The stalker allegedly sent Aguilar persistent threatening messages and showed up unannounced at her gym.

According to Fischer, Aguilar became so afraid of Cuellar that she changed gyms to avoid him.

But on June 27, Cuellar posted a spooky message on Facebook, apparently directed at Aguilar.

“I’m getting my Lifetime (gym) membership back. See you soon,” Cuellar wrote on Facebook, according to Fischer.

Police found Aguilar’s car unlocked with her belongings still inside outside the Christown Shopping Center on July 1, after she was reported missing by family members.

Six days later, the bodies of Aguilar and Cuellar were found in a rented sedan in the parking lot of a steakhouse near Aguilar’s former gym.

Fischer said Cuellar rented the car as part of a “decoy plan” to get to Aguilar, but Fischer does not think Aguilar died in the rented vehicle.

“What I’m told is there’s no biological evidence in the vehicle that she was shot in the car, so it appears she was moved,” Fischer said.

According to Fischer, Cuellar had left a note in the car to make it appear as if Aguilar had committed suicide.

“He tried to stage it to make it look like she committed suicide,” Fischer told Arizona Family.

According to Fischer, Aguilar’s phone records showed her phone was turned off shortly after 8 p.m. on July 1.

Phoenix Police Sergeant Rob Scherer told the outlet that detectives are using surveillance footage, starting at the scene where Aguilar’s car was found, to piece together details of the crime.

Fischer and Phoenix police did not immediately respond to The Post’s inquiries on Sunday.
