Plaintiff’s hearing scheduled for man accused of hijacking truck on I-81

According to online records, an Augusta County Circuit Court judge has selected August 29 as the date for the plea hearing for Jacob Falso, 31, of Freeville, New York.

Falso was indicted by a grand jury earlier this year on seven counts, including drug possession and evading police.

The incident, which occurred on October 11 of last year, began in Shenandoah County and continued south on I-81 until the suspect crashed his vehicle near Fairfield.
