Washington Wizards player experiences political awakening

It’s not often that NBA talent comes out and questions Democrats. Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma is having a political awakening — he’s openly questioning Democrats and their platform of protecting democracy.

Kuzma doesn’t believe the picture the Democrats are painting, especially after they forced Joe Biden to withdraw from the presidential election.

Kuzma is open to the reality that Democrats are not fully interested in the people choosing their leaders.

“Then why did the Democrats want Biden gone?” Kuzma posted via X on Sunday afternoon.

The Wizards player also disagreed with Vice President Kamala Harris inheriting the Democratic nomination after Biden announced Sunday he would withdraw.

Kuzma posted: “All these threats to democracy remind me why one party didn’t get their party to vote for a nominee.” Harris is the frontrunner for the Democratic Party nomination after she received strong support from delegates on Monday. He called out the Dems in their platform for Republicans as “threatening” democracy.

By asking direct questions, Kuzma stands out from his NBA colleagues, who unconditionally embrace the Democratic Party’s progressive vision for America. Kuzma holds the Democrats’ message accountable as the party that wants to save democracy.

Kuzma, the outspoken NBA forward, continues to speak his mind freely. The former NBA champion’s stand against the Democrats has garnered support from fans.

“It’s refreshing to see all these athletes finally waking up,” wrote one user on X.

“Kyle Kuzmaga?” asked another.
