You won’t believe how many new apartments are planned for Boise

If you’re in the camp that says, “Idaho is full, go live somewhere else” when it comes to people moving to Boise, we already have a feeling you’re not going to be happy with what’s coming next.

There are numerous developers planning huge apartment complexes in Boise.

This is probably not good timing as rent has increased average over $400 a month in Idaho.

Currently there are five several multifamily developments that are currently under construction, or are in the planning stages of construction, as I write this. If you add up all the apartments in all the planned buildings, you’re looking at 820 new homes coming to Boise.

If that makes you a little nervous, we get it. It’s the “talk of the town” on Boise/Idaho social media that Californians are moving to the Boise area in hurdlesand not everyone is happy about that.

Either way, even if not all of the planned apartment complexes come to fruition, there will still be hundreds of new homes available in Boise in the near future.
