Boston pedophile Connor Stephens gets five years in prison

A man caught in possession of sexually explicit material involving children has been sentenced to five years in prison.

Connor Stephens, who previously lived at several addresses in the Boston area, appeared in court at Lincoln Crown Court on Thursday, July 11, to hear his sentence.

The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to three breaches of a sexual abuse prevention order, as well as possession of child pornography, prohibited material and extreme pornography.

He was also convicted of perverting the course of justice and breaching a suspended sentence.

Stephens was sentenced to five years in prison, given a five-year extension to his driving licence and an unlimited sexual abuse prevention order.

The law violations were discovered in November 2023, after two of Stephens’ devices were hidden, and upon discovery, the devices were found to contain explicit material. Approximately 21,000 images/videos were found.

Stephens subsequently claimed that he had been a victim of sexual abuse in a separate incident, but further investigation and CCTV footage proved this claim to be untrue.

DS Nicola Stafford said: “A huge amount of work has gone into this case, across a number of departments,” adding that police and prison intelligence officers had been involved in bringing Stephens to justice.
