One person taken to hospital after report of stabbing

BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (WAFB) – At least one person has been taken to the hospital after a stabbing in Baton Rouge overnight.

Emergency services confirmed the incident took place on Scotland Avenue at around 11.45pm on Monday, July 22.

Authorities said the victim’s injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.

There is no information available about what preceded the incident.
