Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear Governor Beshear has appointed Derrick Helm as a member of the Western Kentucky University Board of Regents for a term ending June 30, 2030.

Derrick Helm of Jamestown is an attorney at Helm, Shearer & Wilson. He will replace Linda Ball, whose term has ended. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear

Governor Beshear has appointed Brian Daniels as a magistrate for Ohio County.

Brian Daniel Millerite of North Hartford is a traveling millwright in Local Union 1076. He will replace Kenneth Calloway, who has resigned, and will serve until the next general election.

Corinne Murphy of Bowling Green is the dean of the College of Education at Western Kentucky University. She represents post-secondary institutions as a board member and will serve for a term ending June 29, 2027.

Governor Beshear has appointed Sally Ray as a member of the Heart-Supported Living Council.

Bowling Green’s Sally Ray has retired. She represents members as a member of the council and replaces Kelly Smith, who resigned and whose term later expired. Ray will serve for a term ending July 8, 2027.
