Kendall Bohler named to the East-West Shrine Bowl 1,000 watch list

TALLAHASSEE, Florida –– Pre-season recognition continues for outstanding defender Kendall Bohler as He is been recognized by the East-West Shrine Bowl as one of the top 1,000 seniors in college football.

“This is a huge achievement for Kendall Bohler and Florida A&M football,” said Head Coach James Colzie III“He is worked extremely difficult, and the ultimate goal is for him to get the opportunity to play in the NFL, and He is “has done a great job for us. I know this is an important year for him on the football pitch and I trust he will make the most of it.”

Boehler is the best defensive returner of the to land top defensive end in 2023 after finishing the season with 39 tackles, 14 pass breakups and an interception in the Celebration Bowl. Bohler was also an All-SWAC First Team, BOXTOROW All-American, Aeneas Williams Award Finalist, Bruce Feldman Freak List member and was named to the 2023 Reese’s Senior Bowl Watch List. Bohler enters the season ranked as the HERO Sports 7th best cornerback in the nation and the best in the SWAC. Bohler was also mentioned to the Preseason All-SWAC First Team.
