Rotary Releases Patented LT35A Air Hydraulic Lift Table

DOWNERS GROVE, Illinois., July 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Rotary®part of Vehicle Service Group™ (VSG) and Dover (NYSE: DOV), today announced the launch of its new LT35A Air-Hydraulic Lifting Table. The LT35A offers automotive service and repair shops new levels of flexibility, functionality and safety by easily lifting EV batteries and other heavy components such as engines and transmissions.

Rotary’s new LT35A lift table is the latest in a long line of advanced tools designed to help technicians work more efficiently and generate more revenue for their shops. With a 3,500 lb. capacity, the LT35A is highly maneuverable and offers left-to-right tilt alignment with front and rear tilt adjustments under load. The platform can also be adjusted to fine-tune positioning with twist locks on both sides for added security.

“At Rotary, our core focus on Serving the Shop is about securing vehicle service for the future. The LT35A is a valuable asset for shops looking to future-proof their operations, as it exceeds capabilities for emerging EV batteries and other substantial components such as motors and drivetrains,” said John UhlDirector of Product Management for Rotary. “This lift table can handle heavy parts with ease while providing enhanced versatility and strength that technicians can rely on.”

The LT35A operates on a workshop air hydraulic control, so no electricity is required to operate the table. The push button control provides easy and comfortable use and allows the technician to move around and have a clear view of the work area. For stable positioning, the table is secured with mechanical locks with air release and 360° “low friction” wheels on each castor.

The LT35A can also be easily combined with Rotary’s new, patent-pending RT30 repair table to create multiple work stations without the need for additional lift tables. The 3,000 lb. capacity RT30 mounts on top of the LT35A and serves as a fixture to assist in removing heavy components. It can also be lowered back to its legs to serve as a repair table, freeing the LT35A for other jobs.

“As the most trusted name in shop equipment and a leader in providing solutions to independent repair shops and OEM dealers to maximize productivity, we are proud to offer the LT35A and RT30,” said Uhl. “These products reflect our continued commitment to developing reliable equipment designed to serve the shop floor.”
