Realme 13 5G listed on NBTC, BIS and other certification websites; could feature 5,000mAh battery: report

The Realme 13 5G is the next product in the brand’s flagship series after the Realme 12 5G that launched in India in March with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G chipset. The Chinese tech brand has not yet revealed any information on its availability but the phone has been spotted on various regulatory websites, including the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Some of these listings have the phone with model number RMX3951, while the NBTC listing confirms the Realme 13 5G moniker.

Realme 13 5G is found on various certification sites

The Realme 13 5G has been listed on the NBTC website with model number RMX3951. The listing mentions that the smartphone supports GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR networks. This suggests that the upcoming phone will feature 5G connectivity. According to the listing, the phone is made in China.

According to MySmartPrice, the Realme 13 5G has passed the NBTC BIS, FCC, TUV, and EEC certification list as well as the FV-5 camera database with model number RMX3851.

The alleged TUV certification shows the same model number as the device and suggests a 4,880mAh battery. The phone has reportedly appeared on the BIS and EEC certification sites with model number RMX3951, confirming its presence in the Indian and European markets.

On the other hand, in the FCC listing, the phone has a 5,000mAh battery with model number BLPA17 and SuperVOOC chargers with model number VCB4JAUH. This adapter supports 45W fast charging. The Realme 12 5G has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W SuperVOOC charging.

The Realme 13 5G camera is reportedly listed as FV 5. It is expected to have an f/1.8 aperture, a 4.1mm focal length, and a resolution of 1280 x 960 pixels. That means a 50-megapixel camera with pixel binning. The selfie camera will have an f/2.5 aperture, a 3.2mm focal length, and a resolution of 1440 x 1080 pixels.

Realme hasn’t released any information about the 13 5G yet, but these certifications suggest that the company will launch the phone soon. The Realme 12 5G was launched in March with an introductory price tag of Rs 16,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant.
