Mitch Meets 115: With his 115th appearance in all competitions, SAFC defender Mitchell Taintor broke the club’s all-time appearance record in the last match against Orange County SC. Taintor became the fourth player in club history to reach 100 appearances in all competitions when he started on 16 March against Tampa Bay.

Additional reinforcements: A week after adding Rece Buckmaster via a transfer from Hartford Athletic, SAFC have added midfielder Sofiane Djeffal, who most recently played for Orange County SC. The Frenchman spent two seasons in the MLS, starting with DC United in 2022 and then Austin FC in 2023 before heading west to Orange County for this season.
