4-star D-lineman Reginald Vaughn commits to Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas has added four-star defensive back Reginald Vaughn from Madison (Miss.) Hartfield Academy to its class of 2025.

Vaughn, 6-3, 260, chose Arkansas over LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Auburn and others. He officially visited Arkansas the weekend of June 21. He said at the time that he would visit LSU, Ole Miss and Mississippi State later in the fall before making a decision. However, he has chosen to move forward and choose Arkansas.

“This one sets the bar pretty high,” Vaughn said of the visit to Arkansas. “I tell Coach (Deke) Adams and Coach (Sam) Pittman, I feel like they’re like family. They always love me, so I gotta love them, because it’s just a lot of love in Arkansas.”

Vaughn is a four-star recruit according to the 247Sports Composite, Rivals and ESPN. As a junior, Vaughn finished with 80 tackles, 20 for loss, 10 sacks and blocked two punts.
