In preparation for her fifth year in Baton Rouge, Dunne traveled to Paris to attend the Summer Games.

On Friday afternoon, Dunne announced via a message on her Stories to her 5.3 million Instagram followers that she would be traveling to France.

Dunne’s next update came on Saturday night local time, when she shared a snapshot to her Stories from her seat on the beach volleyball court in front of the Eiffel Tower.

“Go USA! & Geaux Tigers!” she captioned the photo.

This was followed by a clip of Dunne posing in a beautiful black dress while the game continued behind her.

Dunne also took to TikTok, where she has eight million followers, to cheer on her fellow countrymen.

“Go USA!” she wrote alongside a video with audio clips that read, “Are you having fun in Paris?”

To which Dunne lip-synced and said, “Yes.”

Unfortunately for Dunne, Team USA’s Miles Partain and Andrew Benesh lost their Pool D opener 2-0 to Cuba’s Jorge Luis Alayo Moliner and Noslen Díaz Amaro.

Regardless, fans flocked to Dunne’s TikTok comments section with varying responses.

“The City of Light has become even more beautiful,” one fan enthused.

“That dress is (amazing),” said a second.

“Bro Paul is lucky,” added a third, referring to Dunne’s boyfriend and Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes.

While a fourth wrote: “Can’t wait for my man Skenes to win gold when baseball starts again in 2028!!!!”

‘Year five, baby’

Olivia Dunne has plenty of career options, but she’s not ready to give up her studies just yet.

The superstar gymnast has done commercials with Travis Kelce and was featured in the swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated.

She also supported her boyfriend, pitcher Paul Skenes, during his thrilling debut season for the Pittsburgh Pirates.

But Dunne announced, “Dear LSU, these past four years have changed my life.

“There’s something special about wearing a purple and gold tights.

“There’s something special about competing in front of 13,000 screaming Tiger fans.

“There’s something about being pushed by your coaches to do your very best.

“And there’s something about being part of a team that has made school history.

“No matter how many chances I get, LSU just has something special.

“And that’s why I’m here to say, I’m not Dunne yet. On to year five, honey.”

Baseball has been removed from the 2024 Olympics but will return to the program in four years’ time when the Games are held in Los Angeles.

By then, All-Star Skenes will likely be in his fifth MLB season.

As for Dunne, it remains to be seen where her wonderful caregiver will take her.

Dunne is a national champion with LSU, making her the highest-earning female student-athlete in the country.

Thanks to sponsorship deals with brands like Nautica, Accelerator, Motorola and GrubHub, her name, image and likeness valuation amounts to $3.9 million annually, according to On3.

Dunne’s considerable online following of 13.2 million has also led to a successful modeling career, having been featured in Sports Illustrated’s annual Swimsuit Edition for two years in a row.
