Police investigating deadly shooting Saturday night in south Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Police are investigating after a man was found dead following a shooting in south Little Rock Saturday night.

Little Rock Police officials said officers were called to the area of ​​the 6600 block of Lancaster Road just after 9 p.m.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found a dead man with gunshot wounds.

Detectives from the LRPD Homicide Unit responded to the scene to begin their investigation.

No information about the victim’s identity has been released by authorities. Investigators have also not released any information about a possible suspect.
