Phoenix Wireless Stores Giving Away $3 Million in Free Backpacks

PHOENIX (AZFamilie) — Several wireless stores in the Phoenix area are giving away $3 million worth of free backpacks to help ease the financial burden of the start of the school year.

Round Room, LLC, a Verizon authorized retailer, is hosting the 12th annual School Rocks Backpack Giveaway on Sunday, July 28 to help ease the financial burden of the beginning of the school year.

The retailer expects hundreds of families to line up for a free backpack and take part in family-friendly activities.

Although the giveaway starts at 1:00 p.m., lines are expected to form earlier. Check out the list of participating stores below:
