OVC Releases 2024-25 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Conference Schedules

NASHVILLE – The Ohio Valley Conference announced the 2024-25 men’s and women’s basketball conference schedules Tuesday morning.

For the second year in a row, the league features 11 teams: Eastern Illinois, Lindenwood, Little Rock, Morehead State, Southeast Missouri, SIUE, Southern Indiana, Tennessee State, Tennessee Tech, UT Martin and Western Illinois.

This year, the conference schedule switches to a true round-robin schedule of 20 games, up from 18 games last season. The OVC previously ran a 20-game regular season schedule from 2005-06 through 2007-08 and again in 2020-21.

The OVC schedule begins before Christmas (December 17-21) and concludes on Saturday, March 1. The 2025 OVC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament will take place March 5-8 at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana. This will be the eighth consecutive year that the event has been held at this location.

All conference and non-conference home games will be available on ESPN networks, with most games airing on ESPN+. Additional linear exposure on ESPNU and ESPN2 will be announced at a later date.

TSU will release the non-conference portion of its men’s and women’s basketball schedules in the coming weeks. The OVC slate will feature 10 matchups at the Gentry Center for both the men’s and women’s teams. The Tigers will open conference play with a two-game road trip and close play with a two-game homestand.
