Avelo’s unveils its biggest expansion – 18 new routes

US carrier Avelo Airlines has announced its biggest expansion ever with 18 new services, including its first venture over international waters to Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Cancun, Mexico.

New services

The new routes are as follows:

  • First, Avelo’s new routes from Hartford, Connecticut’s Bradley International Airport (BDL)
    • Cancun (CUN) – Starts November 20, twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
    • Montego Bay (MBJ) – Starts November 16, twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
    • Charlotte Concord (US) – Starts November 7, biweekly on Thursdays and Sundays.
    • Dayton Beach (DAB) – Starts November 8, twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
    • Houston Hobby (HOU) – Starts November 15, biweekly on Mondays and Fridays.
    • Orlando Lakeland (LAL) – Starts November 8, biweekly on Mondays and Fridays.
    • Wilmington (ILM) – Starts November 7, biweekly on Thursdays and Sundays.
      • Wilmington will also get new service to Fort Myers’ Southwest Florida International Airport starting November 7, twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.
  • Second, Avelo’s new routes from Lakeland International Airport (LAL) in Central Florida
    • Atlanta (ATL) – Starts November 7, twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays.
    • Boston Manchester (MHT) – Starts October 25, twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
    • Charlotte Concord (US) – Starts October 24, biweekly on Thursdays and Sundays.
    • Hartford (BDL) – Starts November 8, twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays.
    • Philadelphia Wilmington (ILG) – Starts November 7, biweekly on Thursdays and Sundays.
    • Rochester (ROC) – Starts October 25, twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
    • San Juan (SJU) – Starts October 26, twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • Third, Avelo’s new routes from Charlotte, North Carolina’s Concord-Padgett Regional Airport (US)
    • Albany (ALB) – Starts November 7, twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.
    • Boston Manchester (MHT) – Starts November 7, twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.
    • Hartford (BDL) – Starts November 7, twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays.
    • Orlando Lakeland (LAL) – Starts October 24, twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.
    • Philadelphia Wilmington (ILG) – Starts November 8, biweekly on Mondays and Fridays.
    • Rochester (ROC) – Starts November 8, biweekly on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Finally, new routes from Philadelphia/Delaware Valley’s Wilmington Airport (ILG)
    • Charlotte Concord (US) – Starts November 8, biweekly on Mondays and Fridays.
    • Orlando Lakeland (LAL) – Starts November 7, twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.
