3-Star 2026 IOL Jalan Chapman Commits to LSU Football

One of the top offensive linemen from the 2026 recruiting class has committed to LSU.

Jalan Chapman is a 6-foot-2, 275-pound, three-star offensive lineman from New Orleans, where he plays for Warren Easton High School. Chapman chose the Tigers over Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas and others.

Chapman becomes the third commit of the 2026 recruiting class, joining Richard Anderson and Jakai Anderson. All three players are from New Orleans. Brian Kelly is doing what he’s been doing since he arrived in Baton Rouge, trying to keep the best players from Louisiana home and playing for the Tigers.

Chapman is just entering his junior year of high school, so he still has a few years left before he signs his name on the dotted line. As we all know, anything can happen when it comes to recruiting. Right now, LSU is the top choice and he is committed to the Tigers.
