Monday rain with cooler temperatures

Update Sunday evening:

I hope you enjoyed the cooler temperatures this weekend! Monday will be even cooler, with a high of just 87 in Augusta. In the meantime, temperatures will drop into the low 70s tonight, and we will have scattered light showers throughout the morning. Tomorrow afternoon, there is a strong chance of rain and storms. Some storms could be strong with gusty winds, but there is no risk of severe weather. Minor flooding is possible, but the chances are low.

Low 90s return on Tuesday, and then mid to high 90s for the last day of July and the first few days of August! The summer heat is back, and we start the new month drier too. That’s definitely a good thing considering almost 8″ of rain fell at Augusta Bush Field in July.
