State Farm Stadium Named NFL’s Cheapest Family Ticket

GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Families who want to attend a sporting event know that it can have a big impact on their wallets.

But football fans who want to attend an Arizona Cardinals game may not have to spend as much as in other cities.

A recent study by sports betting company The Action Network found that State Farm Stadium in Glendale is the cheapest stadium in the entire league for a family of four to attend an NFL game.

The Cardinals’ stadium is the cheapest as the average ticket price is less than $100.

The study found that the average family of four would spend $452.46 at a Cardinals game. The cost included four tickets, two beers, two sodas, four hot dogs and parking.

Food and beverage costs at State Farm Stadium are among the cheapest of the three venues in the league, and parking is the third cheapest of any NFL stadium.

The Cardinals recently announced new luxury seating for top-tier fans for the upcoming season. Many of the new seats are located at or near the field level, giving ticket holders the closest experience possible without being on the sidelines. The most significant and likely most noticeable change, however, will come to the team’s end zone seating on the south side of State Farm Stadium.

Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers, ranked as the most expensive for a family of four in the NFL. On average, a family would have to spend $750.65 for the same experience. The Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant Stadium had the highest ticket costs.
