Rocky Hill resident wins $100,000 lottery prize

ROCKY HILL, CT — A Rocky Hill resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning ticket at a local business, the Connecticut Lottery said.

On Wednesday the resident bought a winning “CASH5” ticket at Our way in Rocky Hill and won $100,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The Connecticut Lottery only publishes the names of people who win $10,000 or more, something officials say is fairly common.
