Job Description: Territory Manager

Phoenix Beers is a leading importer and distributor of premium and craft beers in Australia. We are looking for an energetic, focused and reliable individual to join our sales team and represent our extensive portfolio in metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience in business-to-business sales (preferably in the beverage industry, but not necessary)
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on with inventory movement and in-store merchandising as needed
• The ability to close sales and work autonomously
• A creative flair for setting up in-store displays/activations and events
• The ability to be flexible and versatile and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A valid Australian driver’s license and a valid RSA certificate
• A good attitude and the desire to be part of a fast growing and exciting industry

As a Territory Manager for Phoenix Beers you will be responsible for servicing our existing customer base as well as identifying new leads and establishing new business relationships. The ability to work autonomously is essential.

The position is full time and includes a fully serviced company car, mobile phone and iPad

The starting salary depends on your experience.
