Her attorney Melnick revealed that she will be released from jail and will continue her counseling. “Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days in county jail for credit for time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program, and ongoing private counseling,” he said.
