Families looking for a spontaneous summer vacation can take advantage of significant discounts on select Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines in August.

This summer, families can take advantage of significant savings, with the third and fourth passenger paying just £199 per person when travelling with two full-fare adults in the same cabin.

These deals are available across six different cruises departing in August, with voyages departing from Liverpool, Newcastle, Dover, Southampton and Rosyth. Each cruise ranges in length from eight to 15 nights, and offers a chance to explore hidden gems such as the Azores, the breathtaking Norwegian fjords or the natural splendor of Iceland.

Available on four of these cruises is the Little Skippers kids’ club, which provides children aged five to 11 with fun activities such as arts and crafts, cookie and mocktail making, discos and party games at various locations on board. Other onboard experiences include sampling local delicacies from the cruise destinations and taking part in stargazing sessions led by an onboard astronomer.

Clare Ward, Director of Product and Customer Services at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, said:

“At Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines we pride ourselves on offering great value for money by not charging a huge premium on our prices during the summer holidays.

“We love welcoming multi-generational families aboard our smaller ships, where they can create unforgettable memories with their loved ones.

“Our handcrafted itineraries include the opportunity to witness thundering waterfalls and spouting geysers in Iceland, see beautiful hydrangeas in bloom in the Azores and spot marine wildlife with conservation organisation ORCA.”
