Dozens of additional charges filed in Augusta County for accused child molester

STUARTS DRAFT, VA (CVILLE NOW) – Dozens of new charges are pending for a Stuarts Draft man arrested in April on child sexual abuse charges. Joseph Emanual Trust was arrested last spring on suspicion of inappropriate relations with a minor. In June, charges were obtained via warrant for 2 counts of taking indecent liberties with a child; 2 counts of producing, distributing and financing child pornography; and 2 counts of forcible sodomy and 1 count of sexual penetration with objects.

The new indictments certified by a grand jury last week include 37 counts of production of child pornography and 10 counts of reproduction/distribution of child pornography. The trust is being held in the Middle River Regional Jail without bail.
