Prison should be at former Loring AFB

To the editor:

The only place to put the new County Jail is Loring. Plenty of room for whatever services need to be offered. Also room for inmates to do lots of outdoor activities and maybe work in the new potato chip factory or other businesses that are going to be located there. Also inmates are away from the general population.
