Clare County Man Charged With Sex Charges

A Clare County man faces up to 25 years in prison after being accused of child sexual abuse.

Police investigated 33-year-old Zachariah Doucet and seized digital evidence from his home after he was found to be allegedly creating and sharing child pornography. On Wednesday, Doucet was arraigned in the 80th District Court on charges of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13, aggravated child sexual abuse, distribution and promotion of child sexual abuse, and using a computer to commit a crime.
